Favourite meal to prepare for friends and family?
I love to make fresh pasta for friends and family dinners. It’s fun to get everyone involved in the making and rolling of the dough. I like meals to be interactive, fun and sociable.
How would you describe the food at Fergie’s?
Fergie’s is all about home style comfort food made with the freshest ingredients. We work closely with local farms and are proud to serve free range and organic meat as well as sustainable line caught fish. It’s not fancy; it’s well thought out, creative and bursting with flavour. It’s food cooked with love.
Three things to do for a perfect day in Squamish?
One of the many beautiful hikes in Squamish (my dog’s fave is the Sea to Summit; he loves the ride back down on the gondola.) A brisk swim in Cat Lake, or a beer at Backcountry Brewing.
First concert you ever went to?
I can’t believe I would admit this but New Kids on the Block. Oh, dear…
