Krissy Seymour is a 2015 “Chopped Canada” finalist and the chef behind the popular Pig on the Street food truck. She has contributed to both the North Shore Foodie and East Van Foodie Cookbooks and has been a consulting chef for Bridge Brewing, Windsor Meats and Luppulo Brewing. Krissy currently lives in Squamish with her most awesome dog, Porter.
Chef Krissy has put her culinary mark on Fergie’s Café, developing it into the funkiest eatery in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Big on working with local farmers, Krissy believes good food should be fresh, seasonal and down-to-earth delicious.
