Saturday’s Fall Hog Roast at Fergie’s was a huge success, and a heart warming display of community coming together. We want to thank everyone for coming out to celebrate the new season with us!
On the menu for the evening was a Gelderman Farms whole hog, brined in Tod Creek cider, stuffed with B.C. apples, slow roasted on the barbeque for 12 hours, served with sausage and sage stuffing, and apple fennel slaw. Oh my!
